#### I can't log in. What should I do?

Use **Forgot your password?** on the website login screen. Check spam for the reset email.

Loader accounts are separate from website accounts. Create or reset the loader account as needed. Contact support for loader-password resets.

#### What is the Discord link?

Join the [Discord server](https://discord.gg/arcticcheats).

#### Where can I find my loader and guide?

Use the [guides page](https://docs.arcticcheats.wtf/). Only download loaders linked from an official guide.

#### A product is out of stock. Can I buy it?

Wait for a restock. You can also contact support to request one.

#### How can I pay with PayPal or another method?

Open a **Pay Another Way** ticket in Discord. Verified staff will explain available payment options.

#### Can I use cryptocurrencies besides BTC and LTC?

Exchange your preferred cryptocurrency for BTC or LTC. Alternatively, open a **Pay Another Way** Discord ticket.

#### Are coupon codes available?

Use code `WELCOME10` for 10% off.

#### Do you accept resellers?

We do not accept resellers currently.

### License keys and subscriptions

#### Where do I find my key?

Your key arrives by email after purchase. You can also open **Orders & keys** in your account or use this link: <https://arcticcheats.wtf/account/orders> (Must create an account to access).

#### Where do I enter my key?

Download the correct loader from its guide. Paste the key into the loader's license-key field.

#### Can I get an HWID reset?

We can reset a key after a computer change or supported spoofer use. Contact live chat and request a human. Key sharing can result in a key ban.

#### My key shows expired or invalid immediately. What should I do?

1. Enable automatic date, time, and time zone settings.
2. Select **Sync now**, then restart the loader.
3. Wait five minutes after purchase.
4. Confirm that the key matches the correct product loader.

If the issue remains, contact support with the product name, error, and completed steps.

#### Can I receive time compensation?

We can compensate unused time in most error-related cases. Send support your website username and license key.

### Giveaways

#### How do I redeem a giveaway reward?

Open a **Giveaway Winner** ticket in Discord. Include your entry proof and requested details. Staff verify entries before issuing rewards.
