# Loader or game errors

### Key and loader errors

#### Armani keeps asking me to enter my key.

Confirm that you use the loader matching your Armani product. Paste the key without extra spaces or characters. If the key was used on another system, request an HWID reset through Discord support.

#### The loader crashes with `KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED`.

Restart Windows and update your drivers. If the error continues, stop using the loader and contact support with the stop code and system details.

#### The game reports `EAC: Forbidden driver: cacormem.sys`.

Close the game and contact support. Include the full message and the game name. Do not change or remove system drivers unless support directs you.

#### The game reports corrupted memory after several minutes.

Close overlays and system-monitoring tools. Return CPU, GPU, and RAM settings to stable defaults. Update the game and its anti-cheat component, then try again.

If the error continues, contact support with the product, game, and error timing.

### Security alerts

#### My security software flags a product.

Security software can flag tools that interact with running applications. Download products only from the official guide. Do not run files you cannot verify.

If a file is flagged, contact support with the detection name and a screenshot. Do not disable system security features as a workaround.
