Every 7 day and 30 day Hydra key for Arc Raiders and for Rust comes with a free NFA account for that game. This page covers what that account is, how to get into it, and the one thing worth knowing before you put anything valuable on it. ### What an NFA account is NFA stands for "no full access". It is a real Steam account with the game already on it, and the free one is a 0 hour account, so nothing has been played on it before you. Our paid accounts go higher: Arc Raiders runs from 0 up to 200+ hours, and Rust from 0 up to 5,000 hours, depending on the tier you pick. You get in through our Account Loader rather than with an email and password. The account itself is never signed over to you, which is what "no full access" means and why it can be included for free. ### It is temporary. Move your loot first. > **These accounts get taken back.** An NFA is borrowed, not bought. Expect at least 12 hours, sometimes longer, but it is never permanent and we cannot tell you the exact moment a given account goes. > > So move anything you want to keep across to your main account before you stop playing. Do not leave gear you care about sitting on a temporary account overnight. Treat it as a raiding account rather than a home: play on it, then hand anything you want to keep to your main before your time runs out. ### How to unlock yours We do not send you an account unless you ask for one. Nothing is held for you and nothing leaves our stock until you press the button. 1. Buy a 7 day or 30 day Hydra key for Arc Raiders or Rust. 2. Open your order, either from the page you land on after paying, the link in your delivery email, or Your account then Orders. 3. Find the panel marked "Included free" and press Unlock. 4. Your account key appears on the order straight away, and we email you a copy. There is no deadline. Leave it and unlock it whenever you like, and if you never want it you simply never press the button. ### How to log in 1. Download the Account Loader from the [NFA accounts guide](https://docs.arcticcheats.wtf/product-guides/select-your-game/game-accounts/nfa-accounts). 2. Open the loader. 3. Paste the key from your order. 4. Press Login. If it works you are dropped straight into the account, already signed in. If the account turns out to be invalid within 6 hours of you unlocking it, contact support and we will replace it. That warranty covers 0 hour accounts only, which is exactly what the free one is. Past that window we cannot replace it, so it is worth logging in and checking it works as soon as you unlock it rather than saving it for the weekend. ### Questions people ask **Which account do I get?** The one for the game you bought. An Arc Raiders Hydra key earns an Arc Raiders account, and a Rust Hydra key earns a Rust account. **Does unlocking the free account use up my Hydra key?** No. They are separate, and your Hydra key is untouched. **It says "Reserved" instead of giving me a key.** That means the account pool was empty at the moment you pressed Unlock. Your place is held and the account is emailed to you automatically as soon as stock lands. You do not need to do anything. **Can I buy more of these?** Yes. Arc Raiders and Rust NFA accounts are both sold on their own, with higher hour counts available as well as 0 hour ones. **Can I keep the account if I like it?** No. Every NFA account is reclaimed, including the free one.
