Most products support Windows 11 through version 25H2. Check each product description for version-specific limits.

#### Do products support AMD and Intel CPUs?

Yes, unless a product description states otherwise.

#### Do products work on virtual machines?

No. Products do not support virtual machines.

#### Do products work on PS4 or other consoles?

### Product-specific questions

#### Does Frost include an inbuilt spoofer?

Only Frost R6 and Frost Rust include one. Other Frost products need a standalone spoofer.

#### Do Frost products support the Xbox app?

Only Frost R6 supports the Xbox app on PC. Other Frost products require their listed launchers.

#### Is Armani streamproof?

External products are generally streamproof when capture software records only the game window. Internal products render inside the game and are normally visible in captures.

Check the product description for its architecture and any streamproof build.

#### How long do product updates take after a game patch?

Minor updates often take two to three hours. Major updates can take up to a week. We compensate affected subscription time.

### Choosing a product

#### What is an internal product?

An internal product runs inside the game process. It can offer direct rendering and richer features. It also changes the game's memory directly.

#### What is an external product?

An external product runs beside the game. It reads game data and renders separately. It may have fewer features or a separate overlay.

#### Should I choose an internal or external product?

Choose based on the product's supported features and your use case. External products run separately from the game process. Review each product description before purchasing.

### Payments and checkout

#### Why do I see a 3D Secure error when paying by card?

All card payments require 3D Secure, a quick identity check run by your bank. It is sometimes shown as Verified by Visa or Mastercard Identity Check. After you press pay, a verification window from your bank opens on the checkout page. If that window is closed, blocked, or never completed, the payment is refused and checkout shows a 3D Secure error.

#### How do I fix the 3D Secure error?

Work through these steps:

1. Keep the bank verification window open and complete it. Approve the prompt in your banking app or enter the one-time code your bank sends you.
2. If no verification window appears or the page seems stuck, refresh the page and start checkout again. A fresh attempt resolves most cases, especially if the checkout tab was left open for a while.
3. Turn off ad blockers, script blockers, or strict privacy modes for our site, or try a different browser. These tools can stop the bank verification window from loading.
4. Check your banking app for a pending approval request. Some banks wait silently for you to approve the payment there.
5. If the check keeps failing, contact your bank and ask them to enable online payments and 3D Secure for your card, or try a different card.
6. You can also pay with crypto, which does not use 3D Secure. If you are new to crypto, our [guide to buying crypto](https://arcticcheats.wtf/blog/how-to-buy-crypto-coinbase-kraken) walks you through it.
