Setup

System requirements, display settings, and performance troubleshooting.

Before you start

How do I disable Fast Boot?

Open your BIOS or UEFI settings during startup. Find Fast Boot under Boot or Advanced, set it to Disabled, then save and exit.

You can also disable Windows Fast Startup through Control PanelPower OptionsChoose what the power buttons do.

Exploit Protection settings are unavailable. What should I do?

Use the fix file supplied with the product guide. Restart Windows after applying it. If the settings remain unavailable, contact support.

A DLL is missing. How do I fix it?

Install the DirectX End-User Runtime. Restart your computer after installation.

My menu does not appear after injection.

Set the game display mode to Windowed Borderless or Windowed Fullscreen. Then restart the game and loader.

Performance and input

I get low FPS. What should I do?

  1. Lower in-game graphics settings.

  2. Set the product's FPS limit to 40–60, if available.

  3. Disable unnecessary startup apps.

  4. Close unused background processes.

My aim key feels delayed. How do I reduce latency?

Use a high-performance Windows power plan. Keep your graphics drivers current. Disable unnecessary overlays. Disable V-Sync, then use an appropriate in-game display mode.

Set the mouse polling rate your system supports reliably. Avoid unstable CPU, GPU, or RAM overclocks.

Windows updates

A Windows update stopped my loader. Why?

Windows updates can change driver, security, or compatibility behavior. Check the supported Windows version in the product description.

If an update caused the issue, pause further updates temporarily. Use Windows Recovery to roll back a recent update when available. Back up important files before reinstalling Windows.

Loader startup

My loader does not open or crashes immediately.

Install current Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables. Restart Windows and download a fresh loader copy from its official guide.

My loader crashes after I changed Secure Boot settings.

Confirm your Windows installation still boots in UEFI mode. Disable Fast Startup, then perform a complete shutdown and restart. Contact support with your motherboard, CPU, Windows version, and exact error.

I get an access-violation error.

Run the loader as administrator. Restart your computer and confirm that Windows and device drivers are current. If it persists, send support the full error message and product name.
