Updates

Guidance for game patches, bans, and account-related questions.

Game updates

The game updated. Should I use the product?

Stop using the product after a game or anti-cheat update. Wait for an official status update before restarting it.

I installed a Windows update and the loader stopped working.

Review the supported Windows version in the product description. If needed, use Windows Recovery to roll back a recent update. Back up important files first.

How long does an update take?

Minor updates often take two to three hours. Major updates can take up to a week. We compensate affected subscription time.

The loader / cheat says updating. Will my time be compensated once it's updated?

Yes, we always compensate time back onto your key once the cheat has been updated aftera. agame update. In other cases where the cheat is updating, time is always compensated no matter the reason.

Account status

I was banned. What happens next?

A ban can result from product use, reports, or game enforcement. We cannot reverse game-enforcement decisions. Contact the game's publisher if you need to appeal.

I was banned on a new account. Is the product detected?

Do not assume a single ban confirms a product-wide issue. Stop using the product and check official status announcements. Contact support with the game, date, and relevant error details.

Should I use a VPN?

A VPN can help with network privacy, but it does not guarantee access or account status. Disable it during checkout if payment verification fails.

Hardware identifiers

Which HWID spoofer should I use?

Review the product guide and compatibility details before purchasing any hardware-identifier tool. Contact support with your game and product if you need compatibility help.

How do I clean traces after using an HWID spoofer?

Use the spoofer provider's official uninstall steps. Do not manually delete Windows registry entries or drivers unless you understand the impact. For a reliable reset, back up your files and reinstall Windows through Microsoft-supported recovery or installation media.
